Our client Eaze located in Santa Ana California was facing their license being non renewed due to some ADA accessibility violations. We jumped at this job all hands on deck to ensure they were able to renew their license, and stay in business. This job consisted of remodeling their 2 restrooms so they would be ADA accessible,  installing a new pedestrian gate for emergency egress should anyone be trapped in there rear parking lot, and all new exit signs throughout their building with built in emergency lighting.
